The dictionary
The school year is almost over, and with this blog cycle came to an end (except for Hazel's blog, but lets forget about it). I can still remember back then when I did my three little pigs review, and sadly, after I made it, Mr, Mitchell told me to not do it again and made me read actual books.... However, because this is my last blog, why not do something that is not actually a book? (I just pray Mitchell doesn't get angry at me again).
One of the first books I ever "read" in English was nothing else than the sadly and depressed English dictionary..... My parents bought it for me and my brother after coming to the US, believing that me and my brother will search up words on it and therefore learn a more "fancy English" (and I think you can see it didn't work.... idk ask Sam) that the one we already "knew".
I recommend the book to anyone who doesn't have nothing to do and is just bored on there house trying to watch TV on another language and need to write a story for there parents using the words they learned on the dictionary. The book as an amazing story with every word that it as written on, filled to the top with English knowledge and with the ability to help you get better at talking. But it didnt work with me.
Anyways, have fun everyone!!! don't die this summer.

I'm not sure if this is an original experience, but I do distinctly remember trying to memorize the dictionary at the bright age of 8. Unfortunately, I never made it very far.
